First up, so, why was this cafe fascinating? Well, the answer is the food they offer, their Menu. While they serve many of the usuals, they also have some unusual offerings like Maggi Murtabak Burger and Sambal Pasta (which basically is a Nasi Lemak style pasta). So yea.
I was at 3 Two Square today to get some massage done. Yup, dont judge. Had back aches and figured a massage, would do the trick. It sure did. By the end of that massage session – I was starving and I ended up walking round the block. There were several eateries around but nothing I fancied untill I came across Slurp!. Took one look at their Menu and thought – this is the ONE.
The cafe is Superhero themed, or is it Spiderman themed? I dont know but it is pretty cool. It is cozy and inviting. It would make a good spot for those intending to take a break while waiting for the after work crowd/ jam on the road to ease.

This was sooooo gooood! It was basically squid ink fried rice on the bottom with a huge egg omellete on top. The rice was all gooey and flavorful, the kind of flavor you’d get when you are eating fried rice? Yups, that is the one, with plenty of chicken bits scattered here and there topped with gooey egg omellete. Yummm! A very filling dish, be sure to bring company along to share if you are not there on an empty stomach.
Sambal Pasta (WP06), 25.90 ringgit
This dish was delicious too. There was spagetti soaked in some sort of gravy that gave away the sambal effect – a little sweet, a little spicy. This dish also come with generous amount of prawns with gravy, a fried chicken fillet, papadum and the usual nasi lemak ingredients – peanuts, egg, cucumber and anchovies. It was a lil weird because I havent tasted anything that is nasi lemak inspired before – including the much hyped about Nasi Lemak Burger. This being my first, so naturally it felt a lil different but it was a good different. The dish was tasty. A lil spicy, a lil sweet, a lil crunchy and a whole lot of flavorsome.
Would I head here again?
Yes, I would. Would probably give the Maggi Murtabak Burger a try next.
