Some restaurants, they quietly appear, without much hype – you do not hear much about them other than some whispers here and there about the good food they offer … know what I’m talking about? All Thai is definitely one of them. They officially opened about 2 months ago, in OUG, within the same row of shops as March Azalea.
It has a modern , chic interior. The black and white + the feminine touches of orchids here are there, the brightness of the sunlight that comes through the inner half of the eatery makes all warm and cozy, inviting indeed.
My dear friend, the one who recommended this restaurant to me, said that their green curry was yummy. So, naturally – I ordered that, lol and several other items.
Green Curry Chicken, 24 ringgit + Tom Yum Prawns, 24 ringgit + Kangkung Belacan, 15 ringgit + White Jasmine Rice, 4 ringgit + Lemongrass Pandan Drink, 5 ringgit

So, was it good? Well, what can I say – I was burping away and my tummy was happily jumping for joy, if that wasnt a sign that it was good, then I dont know what is, lol.
The Green Curry Chicken was yummy. I literally slurped up all the gravy till nothing else was left. There was a good mix of chicken meat + green pepper + long beans + spinach. I just wish they included more gravy, it hardly seem enough. Hmmm or perhaps its just me 😀
Tom Yum Prawns was recommended by our attendant. She suggested this dish alongside some white rice and Kangkung Belacan.
Well, if you are up for plenty of spice, some sweating and runny nose – do give the Tom Yum Prawns a try. It certainly was packed with heat and flavor. There was plenty of mushrooms, lemongrass, 4 large prawns and several other ingredients that for some reason – I cant recall. Must be all that heat and spice from the soup – kindda temporarily fried my brains, lol.
However, if given a choice between Tom Yum and Green Curry, my pick would be the Green Curry. I liked it very much.
The Kangkung Belacan was delicious but wet? which I am not a fan of and since I like my kangkung dry and packed with belacan, I will give this a miss the next time. Perhaps give their Kailan a try.
After my tastebuds has been tantalized , having the Lemongrass Pandan was heaven. It tasted really good and was definitely refreshing.
Would I head here again?
Yes. Certainly worth coming back to. Maybe the next time around, I’d give their Pineapple Fried Rice and Water Chesnut + Red Rubies a try.
