Coconut Ice Cream desserts Pandan Waffle Pork Free

Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar @ Paramount Garden – Yummy, delicious waffles :) (Pork free)

Believe it or not, it took me just 12 minutes to get here from Jaya One. Here I was, around 4.30 pm, thinking that I was going to be stuck in the daily after-hours jam, probably was going to spend at least 30 minutes on the road  before getting here but hey, it took me only 12 minutes. Yay!

Ooooo, I like this dessert cafe. Real vibrant and lively. It was filled with people, as soon as some one leaves, another enters. Non stop chatter, conversations, laughter, all around jovial atmosphere. As soon as you enter through the front door – you would be able to smell the aroma of the waffles. It sure did get my tummy rumbling. They offer  waffles , ice cream and cakes but the main star here was evidently their waffles. Literally every table had a waffle on it.  Sooo, of course I went for a waffle myself too.

Oooo man, this is hands down, one of the best waffles I’ve tasted in a while. Seriously. I loved it! Peter Pan is basically a combination of Pandan Waffle + Coconut Ice Cream + Pandan Kaya + Butter Crumble + Hawaiian Coconut Flakes.  Certainly an all around delicious combination. The waffle itself was not overly sweet, the pandan flavor was prevalent, a lil fluffy, a lil soft with a surface that is crispy. The butter crumble was a terrific addition, it resembled cereal in looks and texture and with the help of coconut flakes – you should certainly anticipate a burst of flavors and textures. The ice cream was good and decadent. Having it with the waffle was great, the mix of warm and cold, creamy with fluffy and crunchy – was awesome. I however decided to have the ice cream on its own because both the waffle and the ice cream was yummy, I’d rather enjoy it on its own and appreciate the different flavors and texture 🙂

Would I head back here?

Of course. I will definitely be back and since my birthday is in 5 weeks or so – I am gonna give their ‘Birthday’ waffle a try 🙂 and also get 3 scoops of ice cream in the process yaww!
