The two of us had a few hours to spare today and so, we decided to take a short drive towards Dataran Sunway to pay Wù a visit.

It was crowded during our arrival, full house for lunch. Business certainly is good from the looks of it for a cafe located on the 1st floor. Food arrived rather quickly though, within 10 minutes.
Menu

Chashu Mazesoba, RM 20 + Tori Nanban Don, RM 20 + Chili Oil Dumpling, RM 13

The Tori Nanban Don is basically a chicken rice bowl. The base is made up of soft short grain rice with a drizzle of some sweet-ish sauce and the top is made up of a generous portion of crispy, bonesless chicken with a side of Japanese Mayo, cucumber and tomatoes. The dish was yummy, I enjoyed it.

Chashu Mazesoba is a dry ramen, noodle dish. It comes with two large slices of pork, egg, minced meat, seaweed, yellow noodles and etc. Once everything is mixed, it tasted awesome. It was not too spicy but had lots of flavor. A nice dish.

The Chili Oil Dumpling comes in 4 pieces. If you like Sichuan style dishes, you’d like this one. It sure was oily and spicy. If you can’t handle heat, then best give this a miss. This particular dumpling has a prawn + pork mix, if I am not mistaken. The filling was generous, the meat was tasty.
Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Roll, RM 13, Zoe’s Lemon Pound Cake, RM 10

To conclude our time here, we ordered some desserts. During the time of my visit, they had 4 options for desserts and I opted to try two of them. The Lemon Pound Cake was enjoyable. It was not too sweet and the taste of lemon zest was evident. The slight issue I had was with the texture – it was a little hard. The chocolate roll was good too. It was pretty moist and dense. A shame that there was very little sea salt, a little bit more would have been nice.
