Char Siew Char Siew Rice Bowl Dry Ramen Japanese Fusion New 2021 Rice Bowl Spicy Chili Dry Ramen

Fusion Man Noodles @ Kuchai Lama – Ramen and rice πŸ™‚

Lunch for the day was at this new eatery. I think this was most probably our 10 th time visiting this particular shop lot. First, it used to be Papasan Canteen. Then, Papasan Canteen moved down the road and this lot became something else – which we visited a few times and now, it’s Fusion Man Noodle.

Just like its previous occupants, this eatery too serves food of the Japanese fusion variety. Initially, we were not too sure what to expect, whether food would be good or not as reviews were limited due to this being a new restaurant but as soon as we were told that Fusion Man belongs to the same folks who run Papasan Canteen, we were pretty excited. I don’t know about you guys but my experience at Papasan has always been good and so, I expect to experience something similar here.

Spicy Chili Dry Ramen RM 17 + Char Siew Rice Bowl, RM 16

This bowl of dry ramen was yummy. It consisted of ramen + egg + mince pork + char siew + chili + spring onion. The char siew was soft, easy to chew. The mince pork was tasty. Once everything is mixed, it had just the right amount of spiciness. If you like the taste of Dry Chili Pan Mee dish then you’d certainly love this too. It’s different but similar. I enjoyed it.

Thid was a filling dish. It was perhaps their version of a rice bowl. The dish consisted of many items – rice + tauhu + spring onions + pickle + corn + pork lard + egg + mince pork + char siew + leafy green. It was yummy, healthy too πŸ€”. To truly enjoy this dish, it is best eaten on an empty stomach because it sure does fill you up.
