Bazaar Malam is not just a namesake. Flock will be transformed into a bazaar that would feature multiple stalls, each serving up sumptuous local fare. The main aim of this years’ theme is to evoke fond memories of a well loved Malaysian icon – the hustle and bustle of a lively night bazaar market.
If you do decide to break fast at Flock, you would certainly be spoilt for choice. They have taken inspiration from Malaysia’s multicultural population to bring forward an abundance of different cuisines, creating a fusion that is uniquely Malaysian.
One can enjoy popular dishes from all over Malaysia. You can look forward to chef’s specialty Daging Salai, a dish originating from Negeri Sembilan that consist of tender, juicy Masak Lomak smoked beef. Johor’s famous Ikan Mayong Asam Pedas will also make an appearance in addition to Perak’s famous Rendang Tok, using premium Angus beef ribs and Sabah’s Slipper Lobster Roti John.
As for desserts, it is led by Chef Kevin Yong, a silver medal winner at the IKA Culinary World Cup Olympic National Team in 2012. You can look forward to this pastry chef extraordinaire serving up some sweet and unique dishes such as Guava Mousse, Papaya Panna Cotta as well as the popular D24 Durian Cheesecake.
The Bazaar Malam buffet at Flock begins on 3rd April to 2nd May 2022, from 6.30 pm onwards. It is priced at RM 238 per adult, RM 118 per child ( from 6 – 12) and RM 50 per child (below 5).
