I recently had a work related meetup here at 163 Retail Park and once I was done with that, I opted to walk around for a bit. As it has been more than a year since I’ve last been here, I was curious to see what’s new. CC by Mel caught my eye as I was walking by because I noticed several influencers taking photos of themselves at literally any unoccupied spot they could find in this restautant. Snap, pose, snap, pose, snap, pose…… and as soon as one group finishes, another starts. Anyways, that got me curious enough to drop in for a short visit. As I’ve already had lunch less than an hour before, I figured I’d have a drink and dessert here.
The restaurant is located on the Ground Floor of the shopping centre – 163 Retail Park. Parking rate here is RM 2 for first 2 hours and RM 2 for every subsequent hour.
CC by Mel at 163 Retail Park is their second outlet, the first is at Bukit Jalil. It is a pork free restaurant that serves Japanese fusion cuisine.

Unfortunately, during my time of visit, there was no desserts. So, I settled on a drink – Ice Chocolate.
Signature Chocolate RM 15
The Ice Chocolate was nice, not too sweet. I liked the bits of dark chocolate that I’d taste everytime I took a sip. While enjoying my drink, my eyes were fixed on the table next to me. They ordered one of the Signature dishes, the Nori. It looked real good. Just too bad I dropped by with a full stomach or else I would have gotten my hands on one of those Noris or Sando.
