Damansara Perdana Dry Pan Mee Fish head Fried Ma Yau Fish Head Mee Hoon Good fish head noodles in PJ Open Daily

Soon Soon Pan Mee & Fish Head at Damansara Perdana – Yummmmm 😍

We visited this neighborhood favorite recently and it did not dissapoint. With an average score of 4.2/5 from over 700 reviewers on Google, it’s bound to be a good experience here.

Fully intending to have lunch, we arrived at Soon Soon to a fullhouse. Luckily, we did not have to wait long for a table to empty.

Parking was rather difficult, especially during lunch hour. I went around the block 4 times and eventually, opted to double park infront of the restaurant.

Menu

Curry Fried Ma Yau Fish Head Mee Hoon, RM 17 (Large)

Oooooo man, this was delicious. I am one of those weirdos that dislike anything with fish head in it but for this dish, I can ‘tutup mata’. For the broth, you’d get to choose between with or without milk, I opted the milk. It was a good choice because that plus the fish essence from the broth thanks to the fish head – tasted real good. Add in a good portion of mee hoon and fried fish – sooooo delicious 😍. This cost me RM 17 but I’d say it was worth it.

Dry Pan Mee, RM 9 (Regular)

This too was yummy. Lots of noodles with minced meat, anchovies and mushroom. It was also served with vegetable soup on the side.

All in all, it was a good visit. Both dishes were yummy. I wouldnt mind heading back for another visit soon.
