I’ve noticed this recent opening several times while I’ve driven passed it, exiting SS2 and into Seksyen 17. In case you are wondering, HHS is located within the same row of shops that houses Strangers at 47, Kanna Curry House and AROI Mak Mak. This particular eatery is located on the first floor, above Kampung Dining.
Weeks passed and there I was driving passed it again. Only this time, I decided to park and give it a try. HHS has simple setup and a quiet setting. This was exactly what I needed at that point for some “ME” time. If you are a single eater, without company for the day or if you want a setting with plenty of space to yourself, HHS can provide you that.

Menu

Kam Heong Fried Rice, RM 16

As a Kam Heong lover myself, naturally I’d gravitate towards this dish when I saw it available on the Menu. Food was good and tasty. The dish included a large portion of Kam Heong Fried Rice, with a side of fish crackers, an egg and salad. The taste of kam heong was evident with the rice and the inclusion of a fried egg and pieces of chicken made this a tasty dish.
Buttermilk Chicken Rice, RM 15

Another tasty dish. It included a gpod portion of chicken cubes drizzled with buttermilk sauce, egg, salad, rice and fish crackers. The sauce while yummy was too little to cover the chicken and rice. For future visits, I’d likely request for more gravy. That being said, thanks to the rice being soft and dense, the lack of sauce was not that big a deal. It was not dry and was easy on the mouth. As a matter of personal preference, I’d enjoy it more with added sauce. Other than that, the dish was delicious.
I had a rather good time here. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all from the setting to the dishes. Food too was good. I’ll be back for another visit soon. Looking forward to trying the other dishes.
