Ramadan Dinner Buffet details
Upon arrival at Makan Kitchen, guests will be greeted by a band performing popular local hits from the 1990s and early 2000s, including hits from our beloved Dato Sri Siti Nurhaliza. I found the singer to be exceptionally skilled, with remarkable voice control and an impressive rendition of each song.
Concurrently, attendees can admire the extensive variety of delicacies presented for their indulgement. Among the noteworthy dishes to anticipate are Whole Lamb, Musang King Fritters, Australian Lamb Neck Rendang, Beef Short Ribs Rendang, Chef Zul’s Signature Sup Kawah, Steamed Barramundi Fish Nyonya Style, Kashmiri Braised Australian Lamb Taco Station, Ayam Golek Berempah, Seafood Dum Briyani, and more.
The event is scheduled from 18 February to 19 March 2026, operating daily between 6:30 PM and 10:00 PM. It is open to patrons from Sundays through Wednesdays at a pricing of RM 209 nett for adults and RM 105 nett for children. For Thursdays to Saturdays, the fees are RM 229 nett for adults and RM 115 nett for children. An early bird discount of 20% is applicable for reservations made by 24 January 2026, and discounts for Hilton Honors members are also available.
