The buffet dishes are meticulously prepared by a team of chefs under the esteemed leadership of Mr. Tony Tang, the Executive Chef of Armada Hotel. With three decades of experience in the culinary industry, Mr. Tang brings a distinguished background, having previously served as a chef at Marriot Hotels. “Our Ramadhan Buffet is designed to evoke the warmth of kampung cooking, while offering diners signature dishes that are generous, comforting and truly special.”
The buffet features several signature dishes, including Kambing Golek Kuzi—an entire roasted lamb marinated in aromatic spices—and a richly flavored Salmon Fish Head Curry. The buffet will be available from 21 February 2026 to 17 March 2026, priced at RM 118 nett per adult and RM 88 for senior citizens and children aged 6 to 12 years.
