I was desiring dessert and thus, I selected a dish from the Sweet category. My initial preference was Tiramisu; however, I was informed that it was unavailable for the day. My alternative selection was Banana.
The dessert featured two pieces of caramelized banana with a thin, perfectly hardened layer of sweetness, accompanied by walnuts, homemade whipped cream, a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, all served on a thin pancake. The combination of these ingredients resulted in a delectable dessert plate.
