Jiospace might just be my new favorite hangout spot in the area. Formerly known as Forum 19, a sports complex, it has since undergone a transformation into a food and beverage destination as well as an event space. Given its large size, patrons can anticipate more than a few dining establishments within its premises.
Location wise, it is located down the road from 3 Two Square and a few doors away from TOC Automotive College. Parking was plenty and easy. There is an automated open carpark within Jiospace itself at a rate of: first hour for free and second hour, RM 6. However, if I am not mistaken, if you spend beyond a certain amount at the F&Bs there, you’d get 50% off the parking fee. For instance, when I dined at WOWNANA, I was informed that if I spend RM 10 above, I’d qualify for the aforementioned parking discount.
Here are a list of some of the restaurants and cafes at Jiospace:
- Koko Ramen

- Petite Maison Cafe

- Kings Hall

- Cold Stone Creamery

- A new Ice Cream shop??

- WOWNANA

During my visit to Jiospace this time, I opted to try WOWNANA. They are a VEGAN dessert shop especially popular for their banana bread.

Signature Banana Bread, RM 10

As I am a fan of banana bread, it was no surprise that I opted for their signature dish. Do not let its small size fool you as it will fill you up, I kid you not. Thick, moist and dense, one can expect a yummy dessert. I love the generous amount of walnuts, it provided a nice crunch to the banana bread. There were also a good amount of banana and chocolate chip pieces that added to the pleasantness of the bread.
My visit here was short and sweet. I look forward to another visit to WOWNANA. I may not be vegan but I’ve got friends who are and I know they would enjoy WOWNANA’s sweet treats. I also look forward to trying of the other cafes at Jiospace.
